Natural Gas supplies delivered to New York Power Authority (NYPA) on a firm basis at specified points of receipt on Transco Leidy Line gas Pipeline or existing pipeline for use at the Authority's Richard M. Flynn Power Plant in Holtsville, New York. Delivery to existing interstate pipeline interconnections with the New York Facilities system. This notice solicits qualification of bidders of firm natural gas of varying duration and quantities. For example,

• day to day requirements (1 day) - up to 16,000 dths /day
• Monday through Friday supplies (5 days)
• Sunday through Saturday supplies (7 days)
• Month to Month
• Year to Year
• Upon demand and availability

Supplier must have good/clean rights and title to sell such gas as well as the ability to deliver pipeline quality gas to the Authority's transporting pipeline and must be able to provide information sufficient to show its financial capability to complete the transaction.

Solicitation for supplier qualification will be accepted on a continuous basis. Supplier must agree an industry standard NAESB Base Contract, with NYPA's required special provisions.
