Office of Unclaimed Funds System Modernization

Through this Request for Proposals, the Office of the State Comptroller of the State of New York is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Software as a Solution or “SaaS” solution (“the Solution”) and to provide services as detailed in Section 3.0 (Scope of Services) of the RFP to replace its existing Unclaimed Funds Processing System as further detailed in RFP Section 2.3 (Existing Unclaimed Funds Processing System). The Solution must meet all mandatory requirements stated in Section 5.0 (Solution Mandatory and Preferred Requirements).

The RFP and all documents required for submission of a responsive proposal for this procurement are posted on the OSC website at https://www.osc.state.ny.us/procurement.

It is the Proposer’s responsibility to become aware of any such amendments and/or addenda prior to submission of a proposal. All amendments and/or addenda to procurements will be posted to the OSC website noted above.

This procurement is subject to, and shall be conducted in accordance with, the OSC Executive Order on Procurement Integrity and OSC’s Procurement Integrity Procedures, both of which are available in full on the OSC website noted above, or upon email request. The second round of questions regarding this procurement opportunity must be received by OSC by October 5, 2021. The comprehensive list of questions and responses will be posted to the OSC website on October 20, 2021.
