Description:

Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located at 79-25 Winchester Boulevard, Queens Village, NY 11427, is seeking to procure Rabbi services. at its facility.

An optional site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET.

Questions from attendees are to be submitted to the Bureau of Procurement Enterprise Services per the instructions in the IFB by Tuesday, July 1, 2025, by 3:00 PM EST. Questions and Answers will be accumulated and sent to all attendees by Tuesday, July 8, 2025, as well as posted to this ad.

Bids are due no later than Tuesday, July 15, 2025, by 3:00 PM ET.

"Pursuant to New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad and will end with the formal approval by OSC of the contractual agreement."
